OPPORTUNITIES
Existing event management workflows covered core use cases, but didn’t account for the complexity of real-world event operations, edge cases, or how features would scale across the platform.
The product also lacked a consistent design system, with one-off components and incomplete tokens creating inconsistencies across web and mobile.
MY ROLE
I led platform design for the organizer experience across web and mobile, evolving existing workflows to support complex use cases and edge cases while building a scalable design system across the product.
